I’ve seen some posts on this forum about AI use but they seem pretty outdated. Many new tools and models have come out since then
Though I’m not part of an agency, I manage ads for a few clients, mostly on Facebook
I’ve built my own software where I enter details about my clients like their product, target audience, and tone of voice, and then I can quickly create Facebook Ads and Google Ads and brainstorm new ideas
Additionally, I set up automations through Make that make media buying much easier. For instance, when they receive a review, I use the ChatGPT API to create marketing angles. I’ve also automated the reporting, so they receive a weekly report that combines the raw data and my input into a clear format
This might not be what you had in mind, but I find AI Notetakers to be the only AI tools that have worked well for our agency
I enjoy using GPT4, but I honestly think no other tool has saved us so much billable time
Now my junior team members aren’t just poorly taking notes, they’re engaged in meetings. My senior team members don’t need to remember everything discussed and can search through the notes for clarity on what the client said. My PMs are happy too because saying ‘make that an action item’ creates a draft in Asana with the meeting notes
I’m confused why more people aren’t using these
Here’s the best part for me:
I have it set to auto-join every meeting I’m invited to. It attends meetings even if I can’t make it. So if I miss the standup because of a client meeting, I just check the notes to catch up
It’s the closest thing I’ve found to cloning myself and can be applied in so many business situations
I use it sparingly, mostly for initial ideas, then edit the content. It can be unreliable and it’s easy to tell when clients send us ChatGPT text for ads. It loves using the word ‘elevate’

Yeah, there’s definitely room for improvement. You can tweak ChatGPT to avoid buzzwords, but using the Claude API with some adjustments works best. It sounds very natural and doesn’t use terms like elevate
I use AI for a lot of tasks I don’t want to handle. I also use it to write a perfect newsletter piece. AI will be important, and how it’s applied will really set you apart
I work at a marketing agency. We utilize it for writing long blog posts. It took time to make them sound natural and human. Also, manual edits are needed
I use it for ideas on writing meta descriptions but it’s not great at that yet
I focused on ad copy with AI, but ended up rewriting most of it, so it didn’t aid me much (or I’m not great at prompting). We use AI for producing short videos from long content and for our blogs. It also assists our chatbot for lead conversion and AI voice calls to leads
I hope you are well. I am a student and I recently found clients interested in SEO services. This motivated me to start my own marketing agency.
Before I start, I wanted to ask someone with experience in the industry for advice. I would appreciate any tips on gaining clients and growing in this field. Your success in this industry is impressive and I respect your work
Thanks for considering my request. Your help would mean a lot to me
Hey! I’ve been using iVisual.ai for my marketing campaigns and it has truly changed things for me. The AI-generated images with real human models have greatly improved my ads. It’s easy to personalize the visuals to fit my brand style, and the results are amazing. I highly suggest trying it if you want to boost your visual content
